SiT95145(10路输出,低抖动,MEMS时钟抖动清除器)

       SiT95145是一款基于SiTime Cascade™技术的单片MEMS抖动清理器,提供最高级别的时钟树集成,并将多个时钟IC和振荡器整合到一个设备中。它的低噪声四PLL架构和可编程输出驱动器提供多达10个差分或20个LVCMOS低抖动时钟输出。它支持4个额外的时钟输入与分形分频器,使几乎任何输入到输出频率转换配置从8KHz到2.1GHz。

       SiT95145集成了SiTime的第三代MEMS谐振器。这种集成的MEMS方法消除了对石英晶体基准的依赖,以及所有与石英相关的问题。它实现了真正的片上时钟系统,提高了系统的健壮性:


  • 消除晶体电容失配的时钟合成
  • 即使在低温和其他恶劣环境条件下,也始终可靠启动
  • 由于晶体界面上的噪声耦合,没有抖动退化
  • 没有石英固有的活性下降/频率跳跃
  • 抗振动和板弯曲能力提高10倍

       SiT95145支持SiTime专用时钟编程器软件。同时也可以随附用户指定的出厂预编程默认启动配置。在制造过程中,可以使用两组一次性可编程(OTP)存储器对设备配置进行两次重新编程,或者通过I2C/SPI在系统中进行配置,以增加BOM灵活性。SiT6503EB评估板也支持SiT95145。
